To bring convenience and the best experience to customers, OIC NEW has appropriate policies when customers need to return products. We always want to bring customers the best products and service quality.

Returning products comes with some specific conditions, please refer to the detailed information below:

  1. Conditions for exchanging/returning products

The product is not the correct type according to the order.
The product must still have all stamps, labels, and purchase invoices (if any).

  1. Time limit for exchanging/returning products

Product exchange period: 07 days for customers who buy online and 03 days for customers who buy directly at the store from the date the customer receives the goods
If the above time limit is exceeded, we will not accept product exchanges/returns for any reason

  1. Time limit for returning products to customers

For customers who buy online: Immediately after receiving your exchange/return product, we will evaluate the product and notify the customer of the results and solution for exchange/return within 3 days. up to 5 days
For customers who buy directly at the store: When customers bring products that need to be exchanged/returned directly to the store, store staff will check and notify the customer right at the store. Staff at the store will give specific advice to help customers choose the best option.

Products can only be exchanged/returned once

  1. Refund form

5.1. In case of product exchange

If the customer wants to exchange for another product whose price is higher than the exchanged product, the customer must compensate the additional amount and if it is lower, the difference will not be refunded.
In case customers buy online:

OIC NEW will bear 100% of the shipping fee for the customer if the exchanged product fully meets the conditions stated in Section 1 (conditions for exchanging/returning products).
In case the product is not defective but the customer still requests to exchange, the customer will be charged a fee of 10% of the total invoice + second shipping fee (according to the consultant).
In case the customer has paid online for the first product, the difference will be paid for the exchanged product (if any) by bank transfer.
The latest time to receive new goods is 7 days from the date OIC NEW receives the product to be exchanged
In case customers buy directly at the store

If the product is not defective but the customer still requests to exchange it, the customer will be charged a fee of 10% of the total invoice.
Customers who have paid for the first product will pay the difference for the exchanged product (if any) in cash.
5.2. In case of product return

100% refund will be given if OIC NEW does not have another product to replace and the product must meet the conditions stated in Section 1.
OIC NEW will bear all shipping costs during the product return process.
In case the customer has paid online, the refund will be received no later than 07 days from the date OIC NEW receives the returned product.
Note: Customers should take photos of the product before exchanging/returning the goods. Keeping the product will help customers as evidence if problems arise during the return process.
