On the afternoon of the 2nd of June, 2023, at the Information Center – Library Hall of Bac Lieu University, a discussion program was organized to improve the effectiveness of cooperation between schools and businesses in training and recruiting students.

Attending the discussion were Dr. Phan Van Dan – Principal of Bac Lieu University (BLU), Dr. GVC Tien Hai Ly – Vice Principal; Mr. Trinh Cong Vinh – Vice Chairman of Bac Lieu Business Association, Chairman of Bac Lieu Provincial Tourism Association; Mr. Tran Van Thi – Director of Tourism Promotion Center, Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Bac Lieu; Representatives of leaders of companies and businesses participate in Job Fair 2023.

Speaking at the opening of the program, Dr. Phan Van Dan – Rector of the University of Law was pleased to welcome the companies and businesses who have paid attention, coordinated, and accompanied the University of Law and expressed his appreciation for the contributions of these companies and businesses during the past time.This is the community’s responsibility for human resource training for Bac Lieu in particular and the region in general. That result is the continuous improvement of the effectiveness of the connection between the University and Enterprise in training, scientific research and community service. The Principal of Bac Lieu University hopes that in the coming time, the school will continue to receive the attention of businesses to exchange and share more deeply in expanding cooperative relationships and improving the quality of student training, helping students promptly grasp practice, strengthening the connection between school and business.

At the discussion, Dr. Tien Hai Ly – Vice Rector of Bac Lieu University introduced an overview of the achievements that the school has achieved in recent times and highly appreciated the good cooperation results between the University and the enterprise. Bac Lieu University always aims to train the younger generation to meet the needs of society, providing high-quality, highly qualified human resources to contribute to the development of Bac Lieu in particular and the Ca Mau Peninsula in general. Bac Lieu University is very grateful for your businesses’ active and side by side cooperation with the school.

Mr. Trinh Cong Vinh – Vice Chairman of the Business Association of Bac Lieu province highly appreciated the business connection with Bac Lieu University in recent times. On behalf of businesses, we would like to thank Bac Lieu University for cooperating and creating conditions to organize the Job Fair so that companies and businesses have the opportunity to recruit capable students. In recent times, the school has trained many quality student courses in both capacity and soft skills, thereby basically meeting the requirements set by businesses. The Vice Chairman of HHDN wants all businesses attending the seminar to share their wishes with Bac Lieu University so that the school can promptly train human resources to meet the needs of businesses.

After more than 2 hours of working with a spirit of community responsibility, the discussion was a great success in a sincere, open and frank atmosphere.
